WareBee

Integrations

Works withany WMS — no rip and replace.

WareBee's Universal WMS API turns the data your warehouse already produces into a live digital twin. REST API, scheduled exports or a simple CSV — if your WMS can get data out, WareBee can build your twin from it. Optimisation recommendations flow back to your WMS for execution, so nothing changes in how your team works.

Search the systems below, or filter by segment. Don't see yours? The Universal WMS API is system-agnostic — if it exports data, we work with it.

Questions

WMS integration, answered.

The questions every operations and IT team asks before connecting their WMS to WareBee.

  • Does WareBee replace our WMS?

No. WareBee sits on top of the WMS you already run. It reads your operational data, builds a 3D digital twin, and sends optimisation recommendations back to your WMS for execution — your team keeps working in the system they know.

  • What data does WareBee need from our WMS?

Five data types: events (picks, replenishments, putaways), orders and picklists, item master data, inventory assignments, and locations. Every WMS produces these — we provide templates with the exact columns, and the Universal WMS API accepts REST feeds, scheduled exports or plain CSV.

  • Our WMS is custom-built. Can we still connect?

Yes — often faster than with packaged systems, because your team knows its own database. If your system can export a CSV or expose a view, WareBee can build your twin from it. See the custom-built WMS page for the three-step process.

  • What is Ask AI?

A plain-language interface over your warehouse data. Anyone on the team can ask questions like 'What are our picking rates by zone?' or 'Which SKUs should move before peak?' and get answers back as charts, tables and KPIs — grounded in the digital twin, not a generic chatbot.

  • We use dynamic slotting — does slotting optimisation still apply?

Yes, differently. For static slotting WareBee recommends better fixed slot assignments. For dynamic slotting it optimises the zone configuration itself — velocity boundaries and putaway rules. Hybrid operations get both: stable pick faces where stability pays, smarter zone rules where flexibility wins.

  • What tools do we actually get?

Slotting optimisation, order batching and clustering, BI dashboards, an AI dashboard, Ask AI, root-cause analysis, process mining, and master-data analysis and audit — all running on the twin built from your WMS data.

  • How do recommendations get back into the WMS?

As files or API calls in the format your WMS expects — new location assignments, zone configurations, batch definitions. Nothing changes in your WMS configuration; your team reviews and applies every change.

  • How long does it take to connect?

A first twin from a data export typically takes days, not months. Bring an export to the demo and we will show your own warehouse — not a canned one — in the first session.
