Line-side replenishment
Keep production fed with replenishment routes and locations tuned to consumption rates.
Routes recalculate against what the line is actually consuming shift to shift, not the standard BOM rate a planner set months ago. When a changeover speeds up demand for one component, the replenishment route adjusts before that bin runs empty — instead of a line stopping while someone runs to the reserve area.
ERP-embedded WMS support
SAP WM/EWM, Dynamics 365, NetSuite and other ERP modules connect like any full WMS.
The twin reads and writes through the integration layer your ERP module already runs on, so there's no parallel data model for planners to keep in sync by hand. A putaway confirmed on the floor updates the same record the ERP sees — no export, no reconciliation job, no second system quietly drifting from the first.
Space & racking utilisation
True capacity and occupancy by zone and aisle — find the space you already own.
Occupancy is measured from actual pallet positions and open bays, not the nominal slot count on the racking drawing. That gap between paper and floor is usually where the space for a new production line or extra WIP staging is already sitting — found without a racking project or a warehouse extension.
Inbound dock scheduling
Schedule docks and staging around production needs instead of first-come-first-served.
Each trailer's urgency is scored from what it carries — a changeover component due on the line this shift, a kit already short, packaging for tonight's dispatch all outrank a bulk delivery for a machine with days of cover. The gatehouse and yard team work from that ranking, so the pallet a fitter is waiting for comes off first.
Master-data hygiene
New parts arrive with missing dimensions and wrong UOMs — find and fix them before they hurt.
A part record gets flagged the moment its stored dimensions don't match what putaway actually needed for it — not weeks later when a pallet build fails. Catching it before the part reaches a pick face means no oversized component jammed into an undersized location, and no kitting run stalled chasing a UOM nobody set correctly.
