Flow reconstruction
Event data becomes end-to-end process maps, per process type and zone.
Timestamped scan and system events are stitched together by SKU, order or task, with no one drawing a flowchart from memory first. What comes out reflects the shortcuts and workarounds crews use today, not the version in the SOP that hasn't been touched since the layout last changed.

Each task's actual path is checked against the shortest path that task type should take, so a detour shows up as a specific divergence rather than a vague delay. Patterns that repeat at the same location — a blocked cross-aisle, a mislabelled bin — surface as a named cause, not just lost time.
Bottleneck evidence
The steps and locations where hours drain, ranked by impact.
Time-in-step is summed across every instance of the process, then weighted by how many orders pass through that step, so a rarely used but chronically slow location doesn't drown out one that's slow and busy. What lands on a supervisor's desk is a short list to act on, not a wall of process diagrams.

Process maps re-mined after each change — did the fix stick?
The same mining pass runs again once the change has bedded in, using the identical method and thresholds as the baseline, so the two maps are directly comparable rather than eyeballed side by side. A fix that solved the problem in one zone but pushed the rework downstream shows up immediately, instead of surfacing months later in a different report.
