WareBee wins Start-Up of the Year at the British Data Awards 2026
LONDON — 21 May 2026 — WareBee, the digital-twin platform for warehouse operations, has been named Start-Up of the Year at the British Data Awards 2026.
Now in their sixth year, the British Data Awards celebrate the organisations and people doing the most impressive work with data in the UK. The 2026 edition attracted a record 462 entries, with winners announced at a sold-out ceremony in London on 20 May attended by more than 700 guests.
This year’s judges highlighted entries that used AI “as an enabler, and not a replacement for human judgement” — a philosophy at the heart of how WareBee works. Our platform turns raw warehouse data into a digital twin that operators can actually see and interrogate: visualising operations in 3D, analysing cost to serve, CO₂ footprint and resource utilisation, and recommending slotting optimisations that humans review and approve before anything moves.
“Winning Start-Up of the Year against a field this strong means a great deal to the whole team,” said Anatoly Fishgang, founder of WareBee. “Warehouses are one of the last frontiers of untapped operational data. This award recognises the work our team and our customers have put into changing that.”
