About the role

WareBee is an AI Warehouse Consultant empowered by Digital Twin technology. We build living models of warehouses that merge physical space, processes, and real data.

Teams use WareBee not only to see what’s happening and understand why, but also to get clear suggestions on what to do next. And the impact is tangible: items move, layouts change, and people’s work becomes easier, faster, and safer.

This is a customer implementation role. You will run the projects that take a French-speaking customer from raw WMS exports to a working Digital Twin they trust and use every day — scoping, data migration, configuration, validation, go-live, and the improvement work that follows.

Who this role fits

You do not need to have worked on a Digital Twin before. The people who do well here usually come from one of three places:

  • Senior WMS implementation consultants — you have run implementations or rollouts on Manhattan Associates (SCALE or Active WM), Blue Yonder / JDA, SAP EWM, Reflex, Generix, Körber, or Infor, and you know what a go-live actually costs
  • Continuous improvement engineers — Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen practitioners who have redesigned picking, slotting, replenishment, or labour processes and measured what changed
  • Implementation specialists and solution consultants — you have taken enterprise software into operational environments and made it stick with the people who use it

If you have deep hands-on WMS implementation experience and a real understanding of warehouse processes, that is a significant plus.

What you’ll need

  • Fluency in French (required — daily customer interaction)
  • Proficiency in SQL (required — to clean, transform, and query data)
  • A “data mindset” — you think in systems, spot patterns, and design better processes through data
  • A hands-on, practical approach — you care about making things work

What you’ll be doing

  • Connect & configure — work with customer teams to set up their warehouse Digital Twin and integrate their data (no code)
  • Tame messy data — clean, structure, and transform WMS data using SQL so it’s reliable and ready for decisions
  • Run the implementation — scope the project, plan the cutover, run UAT with the customer, and train the super-users who will own it afterwards
  • See & understand — help analyse warehouse processes, uncover inefficiencies, and turn data into clear actions
  • Guide action — translate WareBee’s recommendations into real changes: from how items are slotted to how workflows run on the floor
  • Drive improvement — support continuous improvement initiatives, measure results, and help teams scale what works
  • Be the bridge — support customer teams daily, making sure WareBee becomes a trusted part of how they run operations

Nice to have

  • Hands-on WMS implementation experience on a tier-one platform — Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Reflex, Generix, Körber, or Infor (a big plus)
  • Deep understanding of warehouse processes: receiving, put-away, slotting, picking, replenishment, and labour management
  • Experience with warehousing and logistics
  • Languages: French, Spanish, Italian
  • A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in structured, KPI-driven environments
  • Hyper-logical thinking and outstanding attention to detail
  • Curiosity and persistence when working with messy, real-world data
  • Clear communication skills, able to explain complex insights simply
  • Background in operations research, systems modelling, or simulations
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine interest in business improvement and operational change
  • Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement frameworks

About you

We care more about how you think than about the years on your CV. If you have run WMS implementations or continuous improvement projects, you will recognise most of this work immediately. If you are earlier in your career but think in systems and are relentless with messy data, tell us — a proactive mindset and willingness to learn matter more to us than a title.
